Steps to Buy...

Individual items of Heaven's Gift are uniquely designed for individual to accessorize to perfection.. (Limited edition)

To purchase Heaven's Gift items.. you may click onto Heaven's Gift Order form and fill in the details. We will do our best to fulfil your requirements in achieving your satisfaction.. We shall response as speedy as possible to your orders/ enquiries. Should there be any inconvenience caused, our apologies.

Here We Go:
1. Complete the order form - Heaven's Gift Order Form

2. Upon receipt of order, confirmation response (inclusive of payment details and delivery mode) would be given within 3 working days. -- purpose: It is also the stage where we confirm the order of yours so as to ensure it's the right order..

3. Once order confirmed, An Invoice will be sent to you with indication of payment due date. Please proceed to payment within 4 working days upon Invoice sent date or orders will be cancelled and buyer would be noted.

4.Upon payment, transaction details/ relevant transaction reference number are required in order to track the payment (Pls click the 'My Transaction details' form).

5. Items would be on the way to you once payment confirmed (Alert to be sent via email to you)..

Packaging & Delivery Period

Items will be individually packed in plastic adhesive bags, covered in bubble wrap or as appropriate and deliver according to delivery mode (choice of buyer). If you wish to present as a gift in proper gift wrapping , please indicate. Gift box is available at SGD$1.50 each.

Items will be carefully packed and delivered within 5 working days upon receipt of payment confirmation.

Please allow 2 - 3 days for local delivery, and 5 - 12 days for delivery to worldwide locations.(depends on location. Please enquire if you'd like to know... eg. Airmail to Australia takes about 1 week.)

Singapore Orders
1. Normal/ Standard delivery to a Singapore address: S$0.50 (For Accessories).

As for clothings, it will be advise seperately as it based on the weight of the items. However to have instant information please this link to find out more... Singpost

Postage is free for the following:

a. 3 items and above /

b. total amt > S$25 (Accessories) /

c. total amt >S$100 (Clothes)

2. There will be an additional $2.24 applicable for registered articles.

International Orders
1. By standard postage: S$2.50 (For Accessories)
As for clothings, it will be advise seperately...

2. There will be an additional $2.20 applicable for registered articles.

All price of items are stated in Singapore Dollar ($).
Items will be reserved for 4 Days upon Confirmation Response. Payment to be made within the reservation period.
Customers who wish to opt for 'Meet-up' transactions, please state in the order form (special request) as 'Meet-up' are catered for certain locations only.
Unlike registered mail, standard/ normal mail is not trackable. If customer chose for standard/ normal delivery, Heaven's Gift is not liable for any lost of items during postage.
Customer are responsible for custom duties in connection with their purchase.
All sales are final: Due to hygiene reasons, items sold are not returnable.
Heaven's Gift guarantees the items are in good condition till postage, and not liable for any item lost or damaged after posting.

FAQ to assist you:

1. Regarding the items:

All items are brand new. Dimensions are approximate as shown as pictures. Length meaurement excludes the hook. Handmade items are delicate and required to handle with care. Heaven's Gift will do our best to keep the variation to the minimum. Wires can be adjusted slightly by hand or pliers.

2. Personal Customization Service available?

Oh Yes.. Definately. Please feel free to make special request on the items to your desire (eg. change of hooks/ colour of beads or crystals etc). You may also sent us your desire design/ clothes you wanna match.. we shall work things out to your satisfaction.. Price of the item would be given prior confirmation of order. Even changing of 925 silver hooks/ clip-ons are available with addition of $2 & $1 respectively.

If the item is meant for someone special, please stated with special gift wrap/ our available gift boxes.. as well as.. it can be sent to their door step... jus fill up our form. Any enquiries, please email us @ we.r.heavens.gift@gmail.com. Oh .. we may also help you to get your message via a small little card ( with addition cost of $0.50 to $1.00.. )to show your thoughts... just drop a message together wif your order... =)

3. If the status of the items states 'Sold Out' and I really like the item.. can i request to customize one?

Heaven's Gift also cater for made to order services, hence you are welcome to drop us a note to get us to meet your desire. Heaven's Gift are honored to do so. As Heaven's gift current stock are limited in qty, so place your order now! =) However, there might be possiblities that materials for making the items to be 'out of stock'. We seek for your understanding =). No matter what, Heaven's Gift will definately response to your request! =)

4. Do your cater for bulk orders? Would there be any discount for the orders?

We are definately glad to receive bulk orders. However, as all the items are handmade, hence we would definately appreciate sufficient time given for Heaven's Gift to meet your requirement. We will revert to you the period required to produce the items. You would be able to help us if orders are given to us @ least 1 week upon expected receipt date.

As for discount, if the total amount exceeds $150, 15% discount would be given to you for supporting Heaven's Gift. Thank you! =)

5. Are the items stated in Fixed Price?

Oh yes... unless otherwise specified it is a 'Promotional Item'. Heaven's Gift items are made with genuine and unique materials.. Hence it reflects Heaven's Gift effort and time spent on each of the item. We appreciates your thoughts and supports for us. .

6. I really like your items.. How to join your mailing list for the most updated designs?

Thank you for your support... we would LOVE to inform you the NEWest update in Heaven's Gift. Jus simply type your name and email into cBox (@ left hand side) and you will hear from us soon.. ! and Pls feel free to share with your frenz...

7. It seems like you are not just selling accessories.. there are clothes... will there be other ranges of items too..?
